As process, my company, looks to a busy summer full of work, it's important to remember who we are working for. The agencies and companies that hire us as a production company are people with families and friends just like us. Their job is to present great media and our job is to create it for them in the most efficient and effective manner. During these busy times of production, it's always important to remember to take care of your client and anticipate their needs.
That was the theme of Holland Hospital's new campaign. Despite all of their advanced medical technology and years of experience within specialized fields, at the end of the day, it's all about Humans; so "Humanology" became the central focus. Each and every business today could take a moment or two to focus their efforts on how they could treat their clients with a little more respect and care... 'Humanology' is such a better word than Customer Service!
So here is the :30 spot process did for Holland Hospital with the advertising agency, Highland Group.
